My 107th Post: One's Inner Beast

In the start, I just want to clear a point to all my religious readers that this post is not stating anything against any religious laws or revelations....just try to read it open-mindedly and if still I somehow offend you, then I apoligise for that and please let me know.....

Am a Muslim and Masha-Allah am proud to be one....in Islam, relations are distinguished in two main categories just to maintain the values and to ease a person over selecting the one whom he/she can join in a wedlock....there are two terms which are used to determine the type of relations....one is called 'Mehram', the people whom one can't marry and the other category is 'Na-Mehram', the people one can marry...that is just the basic idea and a helping hand in choosing a spouse....
There is a concept in our society that if the person is Mehram, there is no trouble in letting a girl go out with him or stay home with him alone and if he is Na-Mehram, then the girl should maintain a distance from him and try to avoid him as best as possible.....the guys coming in the category of Mehram aren't only a girl's father and brother, they are also her direct uncles and some other guys but with certain limitations....
What's up my mind is that saying someone is your Mehram doesn't really means you are really safe with him or her.....it is just like expecting a well trained lion not to eat someone even though that someone is dipped in blood and the lion is hungry....that just is impossible because there is this urge, a beast in the lion's heart which might make him take the decision of taking a bite at least....taming the lion won't assure one's life.....in the same way if someone is a Mehram, it doesn't really means that that someone would really take care of her and won't come up with something devilish.....there always lives a beast caged in the heart of both men and women....though the men are caught more often, but there are women involved in the same act.....there is a chance that the beast may break free and take advantage which no one did before....
Being Mehram or Na-Mehram are just two words helping the people decide whom to marry from.....they aren't the certificates of someone's character....trusting someone whether a guy or a girl just because they are Mehram is an idiotic thing....maybe the one who is a Na-Mehram is way more decent person but the only problem is that you think that he or she is Na-Mehram so there are chances that they might target upon your someone....this mostly happens in a guy's case....mostly parents avoid sending their girl with a guy because he has a label of being a Na-Mehram...though it is a nice thing because devil is always present and can cause things to get outta hand but that doesn't means that a Mehram won't have the same devilish feelings....maybe their girl is more secure with her Na-Mehram cousin than with her Mehram uncle....at times the blood relations can't be trusted as well, by them I mean a father, mother, brother or a sister...they can take the physical advantage of a person as well....so the stamp of Mehram doesn't kills the beast inside the person, only the character and the piousness of a person does that.....there are a lot of examples of these type of cases from around the world and they are increasing day by day just because of the immaturity of peoples' minds....
So don't judge a person behind the veils of words....check that someone with your open eyes and then think if you can send your daughter, son or wife with him or her......

My 100th Post: Who am I?

Had planned from quite long that my 100th post would be about me so instead of writing, I thought to post a poem which I entered in a competition held by x-life games in 2009...I stood Masha-Allah amongst top 21 contestants from around 500 chosen entries from poets around the world…it was an online competition having its platform in U.S….it was judged by some of the dignified professors of U.S and UK…
Am going to add few more verses in the end to go with this post perfectly….hope you like it…do comment and share…..

Who Am I?

A question is asked
    When life is unmasked
                                                                          Who am I
With a desperate cry
                                                               I wondered around
                                                       Till there wasn’t any ground
  Discriminations took place
And life became a race
My identity matters
Even if my character shatters
Where ever I go
Am judged with my religious flow
I have the right to choose
What ever I want
I have the right to petite
To have this grant
Am responsible for my actions
And this is what I have to say
My family had no connections
Nor should they be my mistake’s prey
I know I have
Done nothing wrong
I will earn respect
In time not so long
I proudly am amongst them
Who rely upon their own fame
Am a writer of the kind
Whose words will mark his name

My 75th Post: Rupunzel

When I was a child, someone read me the story of Rupenzel trapped in a tower who had really long hair...my post isn't even close to that one...she has nothing to do with my writing at the moment....from years, Disney has been making stories about princesses that how they were trapped in their gloomy life and one day a handsome prince arrives and turns things to a happy ending....among all those beautiful fictional characters, there is one whom I find the most charming...

From the movie, Tangled, a princess arrives in my imagination named Rupenzel....though many of you might have seen her but for those who haven't, a girl with wide eyes with green iris, with childish and sweet image in them....I mean, she is perfect....
The image is cute and I ain't denying that but am not really talking about that...there are many in this real world who would have eyes like her or hair like her or her body but the nature of that girl which they have shown is what mesmerized me....that is what makes her different from all the other Disney princesses....they have always shown a princess tough and wants to break through every boundary but none of them has the childishness in them like her...Ariel from the Little Mermaid was a bit childish but still somehow she sounded mature to me through out the cartoon....but this one was really a child in both believes and nature...that is what attracted me towards this character....
Maybe that is what I would want in my future someone to be like....though cute from outside but a child from inside....someone who might just be really innocent and that could be seen through her eyes....someone whom I would see and forget my anger....a caring someone who knows when she have done wrong and admits her guilt....a really great talker and caring person with a smile upon her face in the hardest of the times...someone like her would really be tough to find but still when I find her, would I be good enough to deserve her? that is another tale....so I guess I have to work upon myself so that when the day I find her arrives, I would be her Mr. Perfect....till then, I would continue with my crush upon this fictional character...
P.s to top up this marriage, a daughter like Agnes from Despicable Me would be perfect :)
