My 102nd Post: Sleep

"The night is here

The sun is gone,

Now sleep my dear

And await the dawn,

Close your eyes

And view those dreams,

Where there are no lies

And have happy screams,"

Sleep...a wonderful word which brings rest to a person's mind and soul....there is nothing in this world which can compare itself to a pleasurable sleep....it carries away all the troubles and sorrows, though just for a while but still, that is what the heart desires....
It is a platform for dreams, a doorway to the enchanting forests which lead towards the clouds of comfort....it is what a tired being desires, a peaceful walk towards the blessings of heaven, without even raising a foot to set off upon the journey.....no energy is required, no hard work is done just a simple task of closing the eyes and laying back in a search of comfort.....sleep will slowly and gradually take one in its arms and take him/her away from the stress of this world.....
This is a blessing which can't be denied....it cradles each and every living soul like a child and rocks it away from this chaotic world.....like a mother, it wraps us in its arms and makes us believe that there is nothing which requires our attention, there is nothing which is counting on us and there is nothing which can harm us at least till we cuddle it.....
We were born in this world to live our life and experience different shapes of it....there comes a time when we get tired of its scenes and its deceiving nature....we require some rest, a way to fill our worn out energy...that is the time when sleep hugs us and loves us like no one ever did.....it kisses us and nourishes us in each way possible....it tries to depict the world as positively as it can and sooth our mind so that we can rise once more and live on.....the time when we can't no more endure the pain and the sorrows, sleep takes us away with itself and hugs us tightly so that we don't wake up again in this world....it then guides the beautiful souls towards the land of happiness and joy where it departs and leaves us alone because it knows that we require it no more.....
